创新和谐高效的高中藏语文课堂,顾名思义就是在和谐的课堂上收到最高的学习的效益,即达到和谐课堂和高效课堂的统一。“和谐”主要体现在师生关系的和谐,在课堂上达到师生情感的交融。“高效”是指以尽可能少的时间、精力和物力投入,取得尽可能好的教学效果。只有效率的最大化或只有效益的最优化的课堂,都不是真正意义上的“高效课堂”。只有二者的和谐统一,“高效课堂”才能形成藏语文教学是一门基础性的、工具性的学科教学,对于培养学生的创新能力有着独特的优势。
To innovate a harmonious and efficient Chinese-Tibetan high school classroom, as the name suggests, is to receive the highest learning benefits in a harmonious classroom, that is, to achieve harmony between a harmonious classroom and an efficient classroom. “Harmony ” is mainly reflected in the harmonious relationship between teachers and students, in the classroom to achieve the fusion of teachers and students. “Efficient ” means to invest as little time, energy and material resources as possible to achieve the best possible teaching results. Only the efficiency of the maximum or only the efficiency of the optimization of the classroom, are not really “efficient classroom.” Only by the harmony and unity of the two, can “Tibetan Class Teaching” be formed as a basic and instructive subject teaching, which has unique advantages in cultivating students’ innovative abilities.
