以一种“大历史”的视野观之,20世纪百余年国际关系结构转变的一个长期性趋向,是亚非世界相互合作的深入以及伴随这一进程所出现的亚非复兴浪潮。中国与其他亚非各国通过各自努力及相互合作,相继实现了政治独立和民族解放,在此基础上开始追求经济发展与全面复兴。南南合作的发展及其所展现出的平等互利之交往模式赋予当代国际关系以新的内涵,亚非世界整体地位的相对提升冲击着西方长期经营的国际秩序,世界地缘政治经济格局因此出现结构性转变的新趋向。
In a “historical” perspective, a long-term trend in the structural transformation of international relations over the past hundred years in the 20th century is the deepening of the mutual cooperation between the Asian and African worlds and the wave of Asian-African revival that followed this process. Through their respective efforts and mutual cooperation, China and other Asian and African countries have successively achieved political independence and national liberation, starting from the pursuit of economic development and comprehensive rejuvenation. The development of South-South cooperation and the exchanges of equality and mutual benefit it exhibits have given new connotations to contemporary international relations. The relative ascension of the overall status of the Asian-African world has an impact on the long-run international order of the West.
