许嘉璐:防沙治沙利国利民利子孙近日,全国人大常委会原副委员长、中国治沙暨沙业学会名誉会长许嘉璐指出,生态问题也是一个文化问题,防沙治沙体现了中华民族精神,防沙治沙和发展沙产业是一件利国利民利子孙的大事。防沙治沙是科学发展观的重要实践,许嘉璐说,发展沙产业本身就是一种创新,而且是中华文化与时俱进的一个方面。在防沙治沙的同时发展沙产业,发展沙产业反过来可加速防沙治沙。这不是单纯的防与治,能真正实现防沙治沙事业的可持续发展。
