输油生产中加热炉是主要的耗油设备,单炉平均耗油量10t/d左右,因此,提高炉效即能大大降低油耗。为此,本人根据生产操作经验,介绍一点体会。 1.燃料油温度控制在90℃~110℃为佳。其原因是油温高,粘度低,易分成较小的油珠(直径为2μm),在炉膛中雾化好,火焰为金黄色。在相同的排量、油压、空气温度及火嘴数目下,燃料油的消耗可以降低1t左右,提高炉效2%~4%。 2.燃料油压力最好控制在0.6~0.8MPa之间。其原因是压力大,火焰长,辐射室辐射面积减
