我院自2007-01/2008-12对80例经B超及妇检确诊为子宫肌瘤的患者进行了B超引导下的自凝刀射频治疗,通过2~6个月的随访,效果满意,现报告如下。1临床资料1.1一般资料本组均经B超诊断为子宫肌瘤,年龄22~52(平均37·1)岁。大多有月经失调,月经血量多,经期延长或伴有痛经史。妇科检查
