目的探讨股静脉双腔血液透析导管的护理方法和效果。方法选择2012年1月至2014年12月收治的135例行血液净化治疗需留置股静脉双腔血液透析导管的患者,对其临床应用及护理方法进行分析。结果 132例患者右侧股静脉一次性穿刺成功,3例右侧股静脉穿刺失败后改左侧股静脉一次性穿刺成功。其中出现并发症15例:穿刺部位渗血6例;导管感染6例;误穿入动脉2例,经及时按压止血未发生不良后果;导管堵塞1例,经尿激酶溶栓治疗失败,给予拔除导管,重新置入对侧股静脉双腔导管。结论留置导管前做好充分的准备,置管过程中严格执行操作规程,置管后给予精细化的护理,可最大限度的减少导管相关并发症,提高血液净化治疗质量。
Objective To explore the nursing method and effect of femoral vein double lumen hemodialysis catheter. Methods From January 2012 to December 2014, 135 patients who underwent blood purification for indwelling femoral venous double lumen hemodialysis catheters were selected and their clinical application and nursing methods were analyzed. Results 132 cases of right femoral vein puncture success, 3 cases of right femoral vein puncture failed to change the left femoral vein after a successful puncture. Complications in which 15 cases: puncture site bleeding in 6 cases; ductal infection in 6 cases; wrongly penetrated into the artery in 2 cases, by timely compression hemostasis without adverse consequences; catheter blockage in 1 case, the failure of urokinase thrombolysis, to be removed Catheter, re-placed contralateral femoral vein double lumen catheter. Conclusion The catheter should be fully prepared before catheter placement. The procedure should be strictly followed during catheterization. Care should be given after catheterization to minimize the catheter-related complications and improve the quality of blood purification treatment.
