目的分析2003—2012年寿宁县碘缺乏病防治资料,为今后防治提供参考。方法分析碘缺乏病防治资料中的采样点选择、居民食用碘盐监测、儿童尿碘水平、甲状腺肿大情况和学生碘缺乏病防治知识知晓率。结果全县203个行政村中,行政村抽中率占72.4%。其中交通便利的1个行政村最多监测6次,监测5次的有10个。碘盐覆盖率、碘盐合格率和合格碘盐食用率均超过95%。检测620份尿样,尿碘中位数175.18μg/L,其中<50μg/L的占6.0%,<100μg/L的占21.8%;2003、2006和2009年8~10岁儿童甲状腺Ⅰ度肿大率(5.0%、3.5%和0.5%)呈下降趋势;3个年龄组甲状腺肿大率(1.7%、3.9%和5.6%)随着年龄增大有升高趋势;参加问卷调查的163名学生中,得5分的占94.5%,学生碘缺乏病健康知识知晓率达90%以上。结论该县已达到消除碘缺乏病的目标,持续做好监测和健康教育工作仍是今后努力的方向。
Objective To analyze the data of prevention and treatment of iodine deficiency disorders in Shouning County from 2003 to 2012 and provide references for future prevention and treatment. Methods To analyze the selection of sampling points in prevention and treatment data of iodine deficiency disorders, iodine salt monitoring for residents, urinary iodine level in children, thyroid enlargement and knowledge on prevention and treatment of iodine deficiency disorders among students. Results Among the 203 administrative villages in the county, 72.4% of them took administrative villages. Among them, one administrative village with convenient transportation can monitor up to 6 times and 10 times to monitor 5 times. Iodized salt coverage, qualified rate of iodized salt and qualified iodized salt were more than 95%. Detection of 620 urine samples, urinary iodine median of 175.18μg / L, of which <50μg / L accounted for 6.0%, <100μg / L accounted for 21.8%; 2003, 2006 and 2009 8 to 10 years old children with thyroid Ⅰ degree (5.0%, 3.5% and 0.5%) showed a downward trend. Conclusion The county has reached the goal of eliminating iodine deficiency disorders. Continuing monitoring and health education remains the direction of future efforts.
