：笔者将肺结核病摄片诊断中遇到的较特殊的病例在分型、分期及书写格式上按照国家诊断标准难以具体操作的几个需探讨的问题整理成文。提出肺结核患者的放射诊断在分型、分期及书写格式上应能使临床医师一目了然，利于知晓病情，指导用药、观察疗效、判断转归等。请肺结核病防治专家在制订放射诊断等标准时，应尽可能地兼顾方方面面的实际问题，以便于指导基层结核病放射诊断医师实践。
