随着“终身教育”到“学习型社会”思潮、理念从理论层面不断向实践层面的转化,自主学习也从课堂不断地延伸至课外,研究性学习成了培养学生发散性思维及提高学生学习能力的主要手段。而高中化学教师个人资源库的建设,作为《现代远程教育工程资源建设实施意见》中的重点内容,成了建立终身教育体系、提高教学质量的重大战略举措。基于此,对高中化学教师个人资源库的建设展开了论述探讨。

Based on this, the author discusses the construction of high school chemistry teacher’s personal resources.
