甜引一号是我中心从20多份引进甜豌豆品种中筛选出来,并经多代单株优选而获得的优良株系。该品系通过近三年的多点试种,产量、品质及适应性等方面均表现出明显的优势。该品系豆荚肥厚多汁,纤维少,甜度高,烹调配菜,味清香色碧绿,色香味俱佳,品质极优,已成为多家超市、宾馆的指定配菜。 甜引一号是有待开发的新优特色蔬菜,它不仅品质优良,营养丰富,而且经济效益显著。一般秋播甜引一号亩产可达500-600kg,亩产值2000元。大棚秋播栽培亩产约300kg,按每公斤12元计算（供应宾馆）,则亩产值可达3000元左右。同时大棚还可间作矮生作物,如草莓、绿叶菜等,经济效益更显著。 一、甜引一号的品种特性 甜引一号属蔓性,株高170cm左右,白色蝶形花,荚果月牙形,鲜绿肥圆,荚长7-8cm,宽1.2cm,厚1.0cm。每荚含种子5-6粒,种子长成后荚仍翠嫩,粒荚均可食用。该品种喜凉爽而湿润的气候条件,不耐严寒和高温,适应的温度范围为0-30℃以
