英国海运咨询公司的一份研究报告中指出:由于海上游客的不断增加和大批旧的旅游船亟待更新,将导致世界旅游船队持续扩充。该报告称,世界海上游客将从1993年的530万人增至1995年的650万人,到2000年游客可达850万人,2005年可达1150万人。北美市场将从1993年的450万人增至2005年的940万人。
According to a report by a British maritime consultant, the continuous growth of the world’s tourist fleet due to the increasing number of sea tourists and the urgent need to update a large number of old tourist ships. According to the report, the world’s sea tourists will increase from 5.3 million in 1993 to 6.5 million in 1995, up to 8.5 million in 2000 and 11.5 million in 2005. The North American market will increase from 4.5 million in 1993 to 9.4 million in 2005.
