目的:阐明统计工作在医院改革与发展中的地位。方法:认真执行统计法规,转变和拓展统计工作职能,重视统计工作者业务水平的提高。结果:医院统计工作必须发挥统计信息功能,有效开发和充分利用统计信息为决策者服务。结论:统计工作者要扩展信息服务范畴,为医院决策提供及时、准确和完整的信息服务,真正成为医院管理者的参谋部和“智囊团”。
Objective: To clarify the status of statistical work in hospital reform and development. Methods: Implementing statistics and regulations conscientiously, changing and expanding the functions of statistical work, attaching importance to the improvement of the professional level of statisticians. Results: The hospital statistical work must have the function of statistical information, effectively develop and make full use of the statistical information to serve the decision makers. Conclusion: Statisticians should expand the scope of information services, provide timely, accurate and complete information services for hospital decision-making and truly become the staffs and “think tanks ” of hospital administrators.
