研究了APT离解还原成WO_2的反应过程、微区变化和生成物性质。研究指出:粉末真密度能近似地反映离解还原产物的相成分。离解还原产物的粒度、比表面积和溶解度与粉末的相成分和离解还原温度有一定的关系。含铵量高的铵钨青铜(ATB′)和W_(20)O_(53)有最大的比表面积。批量制得纯相W_(20)O_(53)和W_(13)O_(40)测得其真密度分别为6.95g/cm~3和7.59g/cm~3。观察到了W_(20)O_(53)、W_(13)O_(40)和WO_2三相共存的假晶物
The reaction process of APT dissociation reduction to WO 2, micro-region changes and product properties were studied. It is pointed out that the true density of the powder can approximately reflect the phase composition of the dissociated reduced product. The particle size, specific surface area and solubility of the dissociated reduced product have a certain relationship with the phase composition of the powder and the dissociation reduction temperature. Ammonium tungsten bronze (ATB ’) and W_ (20) O_ (53) with high ammonium content have the largest specific surface area. The true densities of batch pure W_ (20) O_ (53) and W_ (13) O_ (40) were 6.95g / cm ~ 3 and 7.59g / cm ~ 3, respectively. The pseudomorphs co-existed with W_ (20) O_ (53), W_ (13) O_ (40)
