李德安,福建连城县人。1931年参加中国工农红军,1932年加入中国共产党。1934年4月红军攻占永安时任红九团1营2连1排长,亲自参加了攻打永安城的战斗。此后历任连长、营长、团长、作战科长,在地方任过县委副书记、书记、军事部长等职。建国后历任军分区参谋长、副师长、师长、兵团司令部参谋长、省军区副司令员等职。
Li An, Fujian Liancheng County. In 1931 to participate in the Red Army of Chinese workers and peasants, joined the Chinese Communist Party in 1932.
