LEO卫星移动通信系统和地面移动通信系统的综合,可以有效地扩大通信系统的覆盖区域,提高系统的容量,降低服务成本,对卫星移动通信系统与地面移动通信系统的一体化建设具有重要意义。介绍了LEO移动卫星系统与地面蜂窝系统间的切换信道分配技术,研究了一种新的适用于卫星/地面综合移动通信系统的切换信道分配策略,在此基础上建立理论模型,对综合系统的性能进行了分析计算。最后对该策略进行仿真,并与独立系统的性能进行了比较,结果表明新的切换信道分配策略可以在保持卫星通信系统性能的同时,有效提高地面系统的通信性能。
The integration of LEO satellite mobile communication system and ground mobile communication system can effectively expand the coverage area of the communication system, increase the capacity of the system and reduce the service cost, and is of great significance for the integrated construction of the satellite mobile communication system and the ground mobile communication system. This paper introduces the handover channel allocation technology between LEO mobile satellite system and terrestrial cellular system, and studies a new channel allocation strategy for satellite / terrestrial integrated mobile communication system. Based on this, a theoretical model is established, Performance was analyzed and calculated. Finally, the strategy is simulated and compared with the performance of the independent system. The results show that the new handover channel allocation strategy can effectively improve the communication performance of the terrestrial system while maintaining the performance of the satellite communication system.
