近期,漫湾发电厂召开1998年工作会暨二届五次职代会,全面贯彻省电力工作会议精神,总结1997年工作,部署1998年的工作任务,动员全厂干部职工抓住机遇、转变观念、团结一致、真抓实干,为把漫湾电厂建成国产设备创一流的典范而奋斗。 1997年,通过全厂干部职工一年来的团结奋斗,确保了电厂的安全稳定运行,通过了安全文明生产达部标验收,获得省局级“思想政治工作优秀企业”和“双文明单位”称号,荣获“全国大型水电厂劳动竞赛先进单位”称号,被云南省局和电力部列为“电力行业文明示范窗口”。安全文明生产水平不断提高,管理工作不断加强,企业改革不断深化,党的建设和精神文明建设进一步加强,多种经营稳步发展,职工生活后勤保障工作不断改善,实现企业两个文明建设同步发展。

In 1997, through the united struggle of the entire staff of the company’s cadres for one year, the company ensured the safe and stable operation of the power plant, passed safety and civilized production standards, passed the inspection and acceptance, and obtained the title of “Excellent Enterprise in Ideological and Political Work” and “Double Civilization Unit” at the provincial bureau level. The company was awarded the title of “National Advanced Unit for the Labor Competition of Large Hydropower Plants” and was listed as “Civilization Model Window for the Electric Power Industry” by the Yunnan Provincial Bureau and the Ministry of Electric Power. The level of safe and civilized production continued to increase, management continued to intensify, business reforms continued to deepen, party building and spiritual civilization construction were further strengthened, diversified operations were steadily developed, and the logistical support for workers’ lives continued to improve, achieving the simultaneous development of the two civilizations of the enterprise.
