本文介绍了阜南县水资源开发利用现状及存在问题,在先节水后用水、先挖潜后调水、先生活后生产、先保护后开发的原则下进行全县2020和2030年水资源优化配置,合理确定各片的补水水源及补水规模,并规划建设水网骨干工程进行水资源调配,彻底解决县域北部地区缺水问题,并有利于保护中深层地下水、改善生态环境。
