Primary schools are an important phase of basic education and have a huge impact on the future growth and development of students. Primary school teacher must be based on the long-term development of students, foster the idea of keeping pace with the times, pay attention to practicing internal strength, down-to-earth to explore effective strategies for optimizing class teacher work for the long-term development of primary school students and basic education to provide protection.
