据文献报导,病人对各种药物的反应是各不相同的,而其中一个常见的原因是病人患先天性代谢解毒机能损害。因此有必要对某些药物实行剂量个体化,使之适合每个患者的要求,用药就可更为安全有效。
It has been reported in the literature that patients respond differently to various drugs, and one of the common causes is the patient’s impairment of congenital metabolic detoxification. It is therefore necessary to personalize doses of certain drugs to suit the needs of each patient, making it safer and more effective.
