在医学、生物学的科研工作中,经常利用多阶段抽样进行方差分析。如何在各阶段中选取样本,既能达到预期目的,使实验具有统计意义,又不造成浪费。本文以电子显微镜的应用为例对此问题做了探讨。
In medical and biological research work, multi-stage sampling is often used for analysis of variance. How to select samples in each stage can not only achieve the intended purpose, but also make the experiment statistically meaningful without causing any waste. This article discusses the application of electron microscopy as an example.
