企业竞争实际是人才的竞争,而企业的核心员工在企业发展的过程中,一旦出现工作热情减退或者离职情况,就会严重影响企业的核心竞争力,使企业陷入困境。针对企业核心员工的现状,分析企业核心员工管理机制的失效现象,探究相应的规避管理策略。
Enterprise competition is actually talent competition, and the core staff of enterprises in the process of enterprise development, work enthusiasm diminished or leaving the case, it will seriously affect the core competitiveness of enterprises, so that enterprises in trouble. According to the status quo of the core staff of the enterprise, this paper analyzes the failure phenomenon of the management mechanism of the core staff and explores the corresponding evasion management strategy.
