目的： 评价含泰素的联合化疗方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效及不良反应。方法： 对３０ 例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者采用含泰素联合化疗， 每例至少化疗２ 周期。结果： 完全缓解２ 例， 部分缓解１１ 例， 总有效率４４ ％ ， 中位缓解期６ 个月，中位生存期１０ 个月， １ ～２ 年生存率分别为４０ ％ ， １７ ％ 。主要不良反应： 骨髓抑制、恶心呕吐、脱发， 多为Ⅱ°～Ⅲ°。结论： 含泰素的联合化疗方案对晚期非小细胞肺癌有明显疗效， 不良反应能耐受， 临床上应注意及预防其超敏反应。
Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and adverse reactions of a combination chemotherapy regimen containing Taxol in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer. METHODS: Thirty patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer were treated with cystatin in combination with chemotherapy for at least 2 cycles of chemotherapy per case. Results: Complete remission in 2 cases, partial remission in 11 cases, total effective rate was 44%, median remission period was 6 months, median survival period was 10 months, and 1 to 2 years survival rates were 40% and 17%, respectively. Main adverse reactions: Myelosuppression, nausea, vomiting, and hair loss are mostly II° to III°. Conclusion: The combined chemotherapy regimen with Taxol has obvious curative effect on advanced non-small cell lung cancer, adverse reactions can be tolerated, clinical attention and prevention of its hypersensitivity.
