根据中央和省委的统一部署,我省第二批深入学习实践科学发展观活动于5月初整体转入分析检查阶段。参加第二批学习实践活动的单位在分析检查中,将保增长、保民生、保稳定列为重要目标,认真规划,付诸实施,并取得了阶段性成效。截至目前,共征集群众意见和建议45827条,梳理归纳为影响和制约科学发展的突出问题29499条,影响社会和谐稳定方面的突出
According to the unified arrangements of the Central Government and the Provincial Party Committee, the second batch of activities of the province’s in-depth study and practice of scientific outlook on development were transferred to the analysis and inspection stage in early May. During the inspection, the units participating in the second batch of study and practice activities made it an important goal to ensure growth, ensure people’s livelihood and maintain stability. They carefully planned, put into effect their implementation and achieved initial success. Up to now, a total of 45,827 opinions and suggestions have been solicited, summed up as 29499 outstanding issues that affect and constrain scientific development, and have prominently shown the impact on social harmony and stability
