根据实验室现有环境,设计开发了一种基于MCGS组态软件的四层仿真电梯监控系统,具体分析了系统的硬件结构,软件设计及动画制作。实践证明,采用MCGS组态软件进行监控系统设计,与其他高级语言相比,简单方便,省时省力,制作出来的界面生动形象,完全适用于生产自动化的各领域。该系统虽然只就实验室环境进行了设计和开发,但其原理与方法同样适用于生产实践。
According to the existing laboratory environment, a four-layer simulation elevator monitoring system based on MCGS configuration software is designed and developed. The hardware structure, software design and animation of the system are analyzed in detail. Practice has proved that using MCGS configuration software for monitoring system design, compared with other high-level language, simple and convenient, saving time and effort, produced a vivid interface image, fully applicable to all areas of production automation. Although the system was designed and developed only for the laboratory environment, its principles and methods are equally applicable to production practices.
