目的 了解经肛门途径清洁灌肠及经口服途径全肠道灌洗对幼龄兔肠黏膜屏障功能及细菌移位的影响 ,以期选择更为安全的方法 ;并对灌肠后细菌及内毒素移位的机制进行探讨。方法 选用幼龄兔 30只 ,随机分成 3组 ,每组 10只 ,分别为经肛灌肠组 (A) ,经口全肠道灌洗组 (B)及空白对照组 (C)。依次取肠系膜淋巴结 (MLN)、肝、脾、肺匀浆 ,并抽取门静脉血液、胆汁 ,分别行细菌培养及药敏实验 ,并行血浆内毒素测定。结果 口服清肠组及灌肠组与对照组三者之间差异均有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 灌肠组和口服清肠液组 ,都可明显地引起肠道细菌移位 ,而灌肠组较口服清肠液组更为明显
Objective To understand the effect of transanal approach to cleaning the enema and enteric gut lavage on intestinal mucosal barrier function and bacterial translocation in young rabbits in order to choose a safer method and to study the effect of bacterial and endotoxin translocation Mechanism to explore. Methods Thirty young rabbits were randomly divided into three groups (n = 10), which were anal enema group (A), oral total intestinal lavage group (B) and blank control group (C). Mesenteric lymph nodes (MLN), liver, spleen and lung homogenates were collected in succession, and portal vein blood and bile were extracted. Bacterial culture and drug susceptibility test were performed respectively, and plasma endotoxin was measured. Results There were significant differences among the three groups (P <0.05). Conclusions Enema group and oral Qingchang liquid group can obviously cause intestinal bacterial translocation, while the enema group is more obvious than the oral Qingre liquid group
