近年来,随着现代化社会发展水平的不断提升以及科学技术的进步发展,我国的文化事业发展速度日益加快。目前,为了提升人们的精神文化水平,全国的文化馆基本已经免费开放。但是,在文化馆免费开放的过程中经常会出现一系列管理问题,阻碍文化馆的有序开放。因此,在实际管理工作中,应针对问题采取有效解决措施,促进文化馆组织管理工作的顺利开展。本文就推进文化馆免费开放组织与管理中的问题与对策展开详细论述。
In recent years, with the continuous improvement of the development level of modern society and the progress and development of science and technology, the development of China’s cultural undertakings has been accelerating day by day. At present, in order to enhance people’s spiritual and cultural level, the cultural centers throughout the country have basically been liberalized for free. However, a series of management problems often appear in the free and open cultural centers, hindering the orderly opening of public cultural centers. Therefore, in the actual management work, we should take effective measures to solve the problems and promote the smooth development of the organization and management of cultural centers. This article discusses in detail the problems and countermeasures in promoting the free organization and management of cultural centers.
