日本における自动车技术の变迁に关する史的研究—黎明期の技术とその法环境

At present,the automobiles of different kinds such as car,bus,truck,fire truck,and so on corresponding to the use purpose are developed.These relate to our life closely very much today,and become one of the indispensable machines.Therefore,these developments contribute to the people’s life and the economic activation greatly.But,because the recent frequent traffic accidents or the problem of the environment disruption due to the air pollution by the exhaust threaten the existence of mankind and other creatures,automobiles are yielding a big social problem.The traffic accidents depend on the conditions of the road administration to a certain extent,and then it can be said as the problem of the politics and the economy.But,the problem of the air pollution is thought to be in the imperfect technology and also in the immaturity of the related regulations approving it.To examine the history of the automobile producing such a situation is necessary to find the index for solving these problems. Various studies about the development history of automobile technology are carried out so far by many researchers.However,the study that this problem investigated in the relations with the regulations is considered to be scarce.In this study,a focus is put in the dawn epoch of the automobiles in Japan,and the technology and the related regulations in its epoch are discussed from the present viewpoint.
