报告以动态心电图监护检测肌电位抑制按需型起搏器43例68例次的情况,发生率为36.76%(25/68例次).不同类型起搏器的肌电位抑制率各不相同.并对不同类型起搏器的肌电位抑制率不同的原因和影响肌电位抑制起搏器的因素及处理等进行讨论.
Report of electrocardiogram monitoring with myoelectric monitoring of on demand pacemaker in 43 cases of 68 cases, the incidence rate was 36.76% (25/68 cases) .Model inhibition rate of different types of pacemaker vary. And different types of pacemaker myoelectric inhibitory rate of different reasons and factors that affect myoelectricity inhibit pacemaker and treatment are discussed.
