随着废塑料数量的不断增多,世界各国对废塑料的再生利用非常关注,并且找到许多好的处理办法。用废塑料生产汽油就是其中的一种。最常见的废塑料有聚乙烯(PE)、聚丙烯(PP)、聚氯乙烯(PVC)、聚苯乙烯(PS)和聚脂(PET)等。要想用它们生产汽油,必须通过油化处理。常见的油化处理方式是热裂化和催化裂化两种。热裂化可将废塑料裂化成粗油。采用此法,由于生成的残渣多、重油含量高、对设备运转不利等弱点,一般热裂化后还要进行催化裂化,以便减少残渣数量,降低重油含量,提高汽油收获率。
With the increasing number of plastic waste, countries all over the world are very concerned about the recycling of waste plastics, and find many good solutions. One of them is the production of gasoline from waste plastic. The most common waste plastics are polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polystyrene (PS) and polyester (PET). To use them to produce gasoline, it must pass the oil treatment. Common methods of oil treatment are thermal cracking and catalytic cracking two. Thermal cracking can crack plastic waste into crude oil. Adopting this method, due to many residues generated, high content of heavy oil, unfavorable operation of the equipment and other weak points, the general thermal cracking should be carried out after the catalytic cracking in order to reduce the amount of residue, reduce the heavy oil content and increase the gasoline yield.
