本研究利用BEM-Ⅰ自动测控系统,对塑料大棚内的桧柏实生幼苗连续3个月施用600ppm、800ppm、1000ppm、1500ppm和2000ppm等5种浓度CO_2气肥。试验结果表明,5种浓度CO_2气肥均能显著促进桧柏苗生长,其中1000ppmCO_2气肥促生效果最佳,与对照相比较,提高桧柏苗高生长量49.8%,地径生长量36.1%;其次为800ppm与1500ppmCO_2气肥;停止施用CO_2气肥后,CO_2气肥处理组桧柏苗仍保持生长优势,表明后效作用明显。CO_2气肥能显著增加桧柏苗干物质重,1000ppmCO_2,气肥处理组桧柏苗干物质重比对照组高39.4%;高浓度CO_2下桧柏苗的根茎比较低,这可能与营养杯体积较小,从而限制了根系伸展有关;此外,高浓度CO_2下,叶片叶绿素含量较低,表明CO_2气肥对桧柏苗的促生作用是通过提高叶绿素光合作用效率实现的。适合桧柏幼苗生长的最佳CO_2气肥浓度为800ppm~1000ppm。
In this study, BEM-Ⅰ automatic measurement and control system was used to apply 5 concentrations of CO 2 gas fertilizer such as 600ppm, 800ppm, 1000ppm, 1500ppm and 2000ppm to seedlings of cypress cypress in plastic greenhouse for three consecutive months. The results showed that 5 kinds of CO 2 fertilizers could significantly promote the growth of cypress cypress seedlings, of which 1000 ppm CO 2 had the best promoting effect on the growth of seedlings. Compared with the control, the increase of cypress height was 49.8% 36.1%; followed by 800ppm and 1500ppmCO_2 gas fertilizer; After stopping the application of CO_2 gas fertilizer, CO_2 gas fertilizer treatment group cypress cypress seedlings still maintain the growth advantage, indicating that after-effect is obvious. CO_2 gas fertilizer could significantly increase the dry matter weight of cypress cypress seedlings, 1000ppmCO_2, the dry matter weight of cypress cypress seedlings treated with gas fertilizer was 39.4% higher than that of the control group. The rhizomes of cypress seedlings with high CO2 concentration were relatively low, In addition, the content of chlorophyll in leaf was lower under the high concentration of CO_2, which indicated that the promoting effect of CO_2 gas fertilizer on P. juniper seedlings was achieved by increasing chlorophyll photosynthesis efficiency. The optimum CO 2 gas fertilizer concentration for cypress seedling growth is 800ppm ~ 1000ppm.
