目的探讨COX-2和Survivin在人成釉细胞瘤(ameloblastoma,AB)中的表达及意义。方法收集2010年3月至2012年10月在承德医学院附属医院口腔科行手术治疗的20例AB患者的肿瘤组织标本以及20例唇裂患者的正常唇红黏膜组织标本,采用蛋白质印记法(Western Blot)检测其中COX-2和Survivin的表达。采用SPSS19.0统计软件对数据进行分析。结果 AB中COX-2和Survivin的表达明显高于正常口腔黏膜,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且COX-2和Survivin的表达呈正相关(r=0.778,P<0.05)。结论 COX-2和Survivin在AB中高表达,呈现一致性,且明显高于正常口腔黏膜;COX-2和Survivin可能与AB的发生发展有关。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of COX-2 and Survivin in human ameloblastoma (AB). Methods Tumor tissue specimens from 20 patients with AB who were surgically treated in Department of Stomatology, Affiliated Hospital of Chengde Medical College from March 2010 to October 2012 were collected, and normal lip red mucosa tissues of 20 patients with cleft lip were collected. Western blotting was performed by Western blot Blot) to detect the expression of COX-2 and Survivin. Using SPSS19.0 statistical software to analyze the data. Results The expressions of COX-2 and Survivin in AB were significantly higher than those in normal oral mucosa (P <0.05), and the expression of COX-2 and Survivin was positively correlated (r = 0.778, P <0.05). Conclusions COX-2 and Survivin are highly expressed in AB, showing consistency and significantly higher than normal oral mucosa; COX-2 and Survivin may be related to the occurrence and development of AB.
