分析湖北省肿瘤医院药剂科药库 1995～ 1999年使用的抗肿瘤药物和抗感染药物出库使用情况。其出库金额逐年上升 ,分别增长 >2倍 ,抗肿瘤药物烷化剂类最为突出 ,抗生素及动、植物类均列前位 ;抗感染药物费用较大的有头孢类、青霉素类和喹诺酮类。说明该院使用的抗肿瘤及抗感染药物较为正常、合理 ,但也受到市场经济条件下药品价格上涨、药品消费结构变化以及社会药品滥用等因素的影响。
Analysis of the use of anticancer drugs and anti-infective drugs in the Department of Pharmacy, Hubei Cancer Hospital Pharmacy from 1995 to 1999. The amount of its out of the library increased year by year, an increase of> 2 times, the most prominent anti-tumor drugs alkylating agents, antibiotics and animals, plants are listed in the top; anti-infective drugs larger cephalosporins, penicillins and quinolones . It shows that the anti-tumor and anti-infective drugs used in this hospital are more normal and reasonable, but are also affected by factors such as rising price of drugs, changes in the structure of consumption of medicines and abuse of social drugs under market economy.
