对某船用钛合金固定轴球体进行解剖分析。采用扫描电镜能谱仪、元素分析仪、显微维氏硬度计、电子万能材料试验机和数显冲击试验机分别对球体的成分(定性和定量)、硬度、力学性能和冲击韧性进行分析测试,并对球体的显微组织、拉伸和冲击断口形貌进行观察。结果表明,该固定轴球体选用的钛合金牌号为3M,横向硬度约235 HV0.2,横向抗拉强度约613MPa,横向伸长率为11%,横向断面收缩率为31%,具有较好的冲击韧性。球体的显微组织由锯齿状α和片状α相组成,拉伸断口形貌表现为韧性剪切断裂,冲击断口形貌为典型的韧窝。
An anatomical analysis of a marine titanium fixed shaft sphere.
