目的:探讨急性骨髓型放射病(ARS)合并周围神经(PN)损伤的发生机制和治疗方法。方法:观察ARS病人治疗前后周围神经的电生理变化和大鼠ARS合并周围神经损伤的病理及超微结构变化。结果:(1)照射后ARS病人PN传导速度轻度减低,经维生素B族治疗后,PN传导速度明显改善;(2)大鼠ARS合并周围神经损伤的基本病理变化为:滋养血管轻度扩张、充血,神经髓鞘轻度肿胀和轻度板层分离、部分脱髓鞘,神经元Nissl小体部分溶解、线粒体絮状变性;上述病理为轻度变化,照射后3天最明显,14天有所恢复,30天基本恢复正常。结论:ARS合并周围神经损伤的病理变化轻微,经维生素B族治疗后,其PN传导速度明显改善。
Objective: To investigate the pathogenesis and treatment of acute myeloid leukemia (ARS) combined with peripheral nerve (PN) injury. Methods: The electrophysiologic changes of peripheral nerve in ARS patients and the pathological and ultrastructural changes of ARS with peripheral nerve injury were observed. Results: (1) The PN conduction velocity of ARS patients was slightly decreased after irradiation, and the PN conduction velocity was significantly improved after treatment with vitamin B group. (2) The basic pathological changes of ARS with peripheral nerve injury in rats were mild nodal vasodilatation , Hyperemia, mild swelling of myelin sheath and mild lamellar separation, partial demyelination, partial dissolution of neuronal Nissl body, mitochondrial floccular degeneration; the above pathology was mild change, the most obvious after 3 days of irradiation, 14 days Some recovery, 30 days basically returned to normal. CONCLUSIONS: The pathological changes of ARS combined with peripheral nerve injury are minor. After treatment with vitamin B group, the PN conduction velocity was significantly improved.
