１９９９ 年６ 月１７ 日上午， 浙江省生态学会森林生态专业委员会在浙江林学院正式成立。成立大会由浙江省生态学会秘书长胡秉民教授主持。浙江省生态学会、浙江省林学会、浙江大学、浙江林学院、浙江省林业科学研究院和浙江省临安市人民政府的有关领导到会祝贺。５０ 多名代表出席了大会。俞益武、高智慧、沈月琴等专家在会上作了学术发言。大会产生了首届浙江省生态学会森林生态专业委员会成员。陈启王常， 陈冬基任顾问， 朱曦任主任， 俞益武任秘书长。办公处设在浙江林学院。成立浙江省生态学会森林生态专业委员会的目的是为了更好地开展森林生态学及相关生态学分支的学术研究与交流， 为浙江省的生态环境建设作出贡献。
On the morning of June 17, 1999, Zhejiang Ecology Society Forest Ecology Professional Committee was formally established in Zhejiang Forestry College. The inaugural meeting was presided over by Professor Hu Bingmin, secretary general of Zhejiang Ecological Society. Leaders from Zhejiang Ecological Society, Zhejiang Forestry Association, Zhejiang University, Zhejiang Forestry College, Zhejiang Forestry Science Research Institute and Lin’an People’s Government of Zhejiang Province congratulated them. More than 50 delegates attended the conference. Yu Yibu, Gao Zhihui, Shen Yueqin and other experts made an academic speech at the meeting. The conference produced the first member of Zhejiang Ecological Society Forest Ecology Professional Committee. Chen Qi Wang Chang, Chen Dongji as consultants, Zhu Xi Ren director, Yu Yibu Secretary-General. Office located in Zhejiang Forestry College. The purpose of setting up the Zhejiang Ecological Society Forest Ecology Professional Committee is to better carry out academic research and exchange on forest ecology and related ecology branches and make contributions to the ecological environment construction in Zhejiang Province.
