经过大量的现场试验与理论研究,充分结合二次冷轧机组轧制模式的设备与工艺特点,综合考虑到板形、轧制稳定性、成品表面质量及实际所能达到的最大轧制速度问题,提出了一套适合于二次冷轧机组轧制模式的前滑综合控制技术,将前滑值的目标控制与区域控制相结合,实现了机架间张力及压下量的最优设定,大大提高了机组的产能及成品质量,只有较好的经济效益和进一步推广应用的价值。
After a large number of field experiments and theoretical studies, fully combined with secondary cold rolling mill rolling equipment and process characteristics, taking into account the shape, rolling stability, the finished surface quality and the actual maximum rolling speed can be achieved , A set of comprehensive forward slip control technology suitable for the rolling mode of secondary cold rolling mill was proposed. The combination of target control of front slip value and area control realized the optimal setting of tension and reduction between frames , Greatly improving the unit capacity and finished product quality, only better economic efficiency and further promote the value of the application.
