我厂每年用ZG2Cr13、ZG3Cr13及ZG4Cr13不锈钢生产的精铸件品种多、产量大(80t/年)铸件重量一般为0.15~4.6kg。众所周知,含13%铬的不锈钢是一种马氏体不锈钢,该钢种收缩率较大,导热性及塑性差,铸造应力也大,在熔模精密铸造生产中经常产生裂纹。其中ZG4Cr13尤为严重,在潜水泵转子轴套的试生产中,裂纹率达75.82%。 ZG4Cr13轴套的裂纹,在毛坯时不容易发现,精加工后就暴露出来,裂纹沿轴向分布通过低倍分析,裂纹两侧可见到氧化脱碳组织及氧化物。
