在高职院校中,作为基础性运动的田径运动较为常见,田径队的创建是高职体育工作中不可或缺的内容。从当前高职田径教学实况来看,还有一些问题有待解决,如学生参与积极性较低,教练水平有待提高等,因此我们应依据当前现状及高职学生个性特征,对传统训练方式进行合理改革,构建出与学校教育、学生实际更相适宜的田径教学训练模式。因此,文章主要就高职田径教学训练模式构建进行了分析与探讨。
