本次大坝安全监测及资料分析学术讨论会于1987年11月10日至16日在福建省厦门市举行。会议由水电部科技司、中国水力发电工程学会水电站运行管理专业委员会大坝管理与监测分会、水工建筑物观测情报网共同召开。来自全国二十多个省、市、自治区的128名代表参加了会议。水电部科技司、生产司、水管司、大坝安全监察中心、情报研究所、规划院以及中国水利学会的代表到会进行指导。这次会议是近两年来大坝安全监测学术领域规模较大的一次盛会。从事观测设计、施工、运行管理、分析研究工作的专家、学者、管理干部共聚一堂,围绕着大坝安全管理、监测技术与资料分析、监测规范等中心议题,展开了广泛的学术交流活动。会议收到的论文、报告共105篇。
The dam safety monitoring and data analysis seminar was held in Xiamen, Fujian Province from November 10 to November 16, 1987. The meeting was held jointly by the Ministry of Science and Technology of the Ministry of Water Resources and Hydropower Engineering Management Committee of China Hydropower Engineering Hydropower Station Dam Management and Monitoring Branch and the Hydraulic Structure Observation Information Network. 128 representatives from over 20 provinces, cities and autonomous regions in China attended the meeting. MoE Department of Science and Technology, Production Division, Plumbing Division, Dam Safety Supervision Center, Institute of Information, Planning Institute and China Water Conservancy Society to attend the meeting. This conference is a grand gathering of the academic field of dam safety monitoring in the recent two years. Experts, scholars and management cadres engaged in observation and design, construction, operation and management, analysis and research gathered together to conduct a wide range of academic exchange activities around the central topics of dam safety management, monitoring technology, data analysis and monitoring norms. The conference received papers, a total of 105 reports.
