我们近来应用5%碘酊治疗一例双侧颈部腮裂瘘,效果满意。患者男性,22岁。颈部两侧各有一瘘口,且经常有粘性无色分必物排出已20年。患者父亲亦于颈部两侧有瘘管,但兄、姐无此病史。检查:颈部甲状软骨两侧外下方各有一个瘘管开口,右侧距锁骨中点内上方4cm;左侧距锁骨中点内上方4cm。瘘管口挤压时有少量粘性无色液体排出,局部无感染,用银探针向上可探入4～5cm。诊断:颈部原发性双侧腮裂瘘。经碘过敏试验阴性后用探针扩张瘘管口,然后用
We recently applied 5% iodine tincture to treat one case of bilateral cheek fistula, with satisfactory results. Male patient, 22 years old.
