根据APEC(亚太经合组织)今年的工作计划,在中国实施的“港航电子商务(一期)技术培训”项目,于1999年10月15日在北京圆满结束。承担本期技术培训的教员主要由APEC选派的Mr David Burton、周力冲先生(香港)和IBM(中国)电子商务部周志勇等。由交通部水运科学研究所具体组织实施。学员来自上海港、天津港、青岛港、宁波港、厦门港、深圳港、防城港和部信息办、交通部水运科学研究所、中国交通信息中心等
According to this year’s work plan of the APEC, the “Port-to-E-commerce (Phase I) Technical Training” project implemented in China was successfully concluded in Beijing on October 15, 1999. The trainers undertaking this technical training are mainly represented by Mr David Burton, Mr Zhou Li Chong (Hong Kong) and Zhou Zhiyong from IBM (China) E-Commerce Department. The Ministry of Communications Institute of Water Transport specific organization and implementation. Trainees come from Shanghai Port, Tianjin Port, Qingdao Port, Ningbo Port, Xiamen Port, Shenzhen Port, Fangchenggang Port and Ministry of Information, Ministry of Communications Water Transport Research Institute, China Traffic Information Center, etc.
