全国部分省市房屋租赁管理工作研讨会于9月22—23日在成都市举行.来自有关省市的70多位代表参加了会议.此次会议的主要内容是交流各地在房屋租赁管理中的做法,研讨如何加强这一工作,并就建设部拟发的《关于加强出租公房管理工作的通知》(征求意见稿)进行研讨.建设部房地产业司副司长沈建忠在会上讲了话.他介绍了今年全国房地产市场的发展情况,提出了当前房地产市场管理的几项重点工作,并着重就房屋租赁管理工作的现状、面临的形势及几个具体问题发表了意见(讲话摘要另发).北京、上海、深圳等地分别就外来人员的租赁房屋管理、活跃租赁市场、规范租赁管理及建立法制化管理体系、创造规范化的房屋租赁市
