“以人为本”是科学发展观的本质和核心,其先进理念的提出,是认识论上的重大突破,是思进取谋发展的一种追求,艺术院校的和谐发展,以人为本的先进理念必不可少。毋庸置疑,“以人为本”观念的真正落实,对艺术院校的发展的确可以起到一定的促进作用。可是,在院校的建设中,“以人为本”到底应该以什么人为本?实际在以什么人为本?是以“长官”?是以教师?还是学生?笔者认为院校的以人为本,应主要体现于院校的主要组成部分——以教师与学生为本。以“生”为本,对学生负责;以“师”为本,为教师服务,对于管理者,对于“长官”应为院校主体——师生之服务者而非实际“以人为本”的受益者。
