电力产业的能源效率问题直接关系到我国总体的能源战略和环境问题。通过利用DEA方法研究发现,我国各个省市自治区之间的电力产业能源效率水平参差不齐,差距较大。同时,效率水平和东中西部的地域关系不大;大部分省市的规模效率的可提升空间较大;各省电力产业都要重点加强减少煤炭的消耗,才能进一步提高电力产业的能源效率。
The issue of energy efficiency in the power industry is directly related to our overall energy strategy and environmental issues. By using DEA method, it is found that the energy efficiency level of power industry among various provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities in our country is uneven with a big gap. At the same time, the efficiency level is not related to the geography of the eastern, central and western regions. In most provinces and municipalities, the scale-up efficiency can be greatly enhanced. All provinces’ electric power industries should focus on reducing coal consumption so as to further improve the energy efficiency of the power industry.
