目前常用补体结合试验作为囊虫病的辅助诊断方法。但由于其操作比较复杂,难于在一般化验室应用。我们参阅有关资料,用聚苯乙烯胶乳颗粒作为载体,吸附猪囊虫液制备抗原作凝集试验,对囊虫病的诊断进行了研究。兹报道如下。
Currently used complement fixation test as an auxiliary diagnosis of cysticercosis. However, due to its complexity of operation, it is difficult to apply in general laboratories. We refer to the relevant information, polystyrene latex particles as a carrier, adsorption of Cysticercosis fluid prepared antigen agglutination test for the diagnosis of cysticercosis were studied.
