苏联政权建立以后,从1922年到1957年35年间,共发行公债60多次。1958年以后,苏联除发行少量国内自由流通公债外,几乎停止了国家公债的发行。现将苏联发行国家公债的情况简介如下:
After the establishment of the Soviet government, public bonds were issued more than 60 times during the 35 years from 1922 to 1957. After 1958, the Soviet Union almost stopped the issuance of state bonds except for a small amount of domestic free-floating public bonds.
