一、快速测定法的提出在国家标准GB288—76“金属拉力试验”中,规定了钢材的比例极限б(?)、弹性极限б_(0.01)(规定残余伸长应力)和屈服点б_s等七项指标的测试标准,但弹性模量E的测试标准还未正式规定。目前测试钢材弹性模量最常使用的方法是“增量法”。其测试原理是虎克定律。是将规定载荷分成几级等量,逐级加载。记录相应的伸长值。(见图1)。这种方法可以直观地判断载荷与变形是否超越正比系关;计算公式为:
