根据重载汽车变速箱滑动拨块的尺寸及结构特点,采用正挤压成形。利用DEFORM-3D三维有限元模拟软件对其成形过程进行数值模拟,观察金属流动和充型情况。数值模拟结果表明:金属流动顺利,成形效果良好,且凸模载荷力较小。该研究为模具设计和工艺制定提供了参考依据。
According to heavy truck gearbox sliding block size and structural characteristics, the use of positive extrusion. The DEFORM-3D finite element simulation software was used to simulate the forming process and observe the metal flow and filling. Numerical simulation results show that the flow of metal is smooth, the forming effect is good, and the punch load force is small. The research provides a reference for mold design and process development.
