叶片作为汽轮机中的主要工作部件,承担着将蒸汽热能转化为机械能的重要任务,受力情况复杂。叶片的振动监测关系到汽轮机安全可靠的工作和具有较长的使用寿命。因此,准确地测量实际振动频率和振幅,将为设计人员进行叶片动力学性能设计,对电站汽轮机旋转叶片振动所引起故障的安全监测与故障诊断提供重要信息。本文设计基于间断相位法的非接触式叶片振动监测仪,采用虚拟仪器技术和等角变换算法,较好地解决转子在变速过程中频谱模糊的测量问题。
As the main working part of the steam turbine, the blade takes on the important task of converting steam thermal energy into mechanical energy, and the force situation is complicated. Vibration monitoring of the blade relates to the safe and reliable operation of the steam turbine and has a long service life. Therefore, accurate measurement of the actual vibration frequency and amplitude will provide the designer with the design of the blade dynamic performance, which will provide important information for the safety monitoring and fault diagnosis of the failure caused by the rotating blades of the steam turbine of the power station. In this paper, a non-contact blade vibration monitor based on discontinuous phase method is designed. By using virtual instrument technology and isometric transformation algorithm, the problem of spectrum ambiguity measurement during rotor speed change is well solved.
