“英格兰东北地区成功战略与发展”研讨会1月12日在上海市科技创业中心创业城二号楼举行。上海与英格兰东北地区的孵化器合作始于2003年,从一开始就受到了两地政府的重视,也得到了各孵化器、孵化企业及相关机构的积极响应。2004年5月,英格兰东北经济发展署与上海市高科技企业孵化器网络(即现在的上海科技企业孵化协会) 正式签署了科技合作备忘录。此后,双方通过组织代表团互访、合作举办研讨会等多种形式共同推进两地在多媒体、生物医药、纳米技术领域的科技交流与合作。
Seminar on “Successful Strategy and Development in Northeast England” was held on January 12 in Building 2, Venture City, Shanghai Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Center. Incubator cooperation between Shanghai and northeastern England began in 2003 and has been valued by the governments of the two places from the very beginning and has also been positively responded to by incubators, incubators and relevant agencies. In May 2004, the Northeastern Economic Development Agency of England and the Shanghai High-tech Business Incubator Network (now the Shanghai Science and Technology Business Incubator Association) formally signed a Memorandum of Scientific and Technological Cooperation. Since then, both sides have jointly promoted scientific and technological exchanges and cooperation in the fields of multimedia, biomedicine and nanotechnology through various forms such as mutual visits by delegations and the holding of seminars through cooperation.
